专利说明:

The present invention relates to an adapter and an adapter system for a pipe clamp and a pipe clamp with such an adapter or adapter system.
Pipe clamps are used in large numbers and in a wide variety in and on buildings and in and on vehicles to fasten or hold pipes, hoses, cables or other approximately cylindrical objects. In many cases, a pipe clamp is attached to a wall, ceiling, floor, frame, or at any attachment point in or on a building or vehicle using a screw connection. For this purpose, many pipe clamps have a screw nut with an internal thread, which is rigidly connected to a bracket of the pipe clamp. The screw nut includes, for example, an M8 and an M10 internal thread, which are arranged one behind the other to enable both a screw connection with an M8 and an M10 external thread.
Since different screw connections are common in different countries and / or for different applications, the same pipe clamps often have to be manufactured for different screw connections with different internal or external threads.
An object of the present invention is to enable an alternative fastening of the same pipe clamp to different threads.
[0005] This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claims.
Developments are specified in the dependent claims.
Embodiments of the present invention are based on the idea of providing a pipe clamp with an adapter or an adapter system, so that the pipe clamp is connected directly to a first thread or alternatively by means of the adapter with a second thread or by means of the adapter system with a third thread can be. The adapter has in particular two different threads, one of which is provided for a detachable screw connection to the pipe clamp and another is provided for a detachable connection with a thread at an attachment point for the pipe clamp.
An adapter for a pipe clamp, which has a thread for fastening the pipe clamp, comprises a first thread, which is releasably connectable to the thread of the pipe clamp, and a second thread.
An adapter for a pipe clamp, which has a thread for fastening the pipe clamp, comprises a cup-shaped section which encloses a cavity, a first thread in the cavity, which is releasably connectable to a thread on a pipe clamp, and a second thread , wherein the first thread of the adapter is arranged partially or completely within the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section, wherein the second thread is arranged completely outside the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section.
An adapter for a pipe clamp, which has an internal thread for fastening the pipe clamp, comprises a cup-shaped section which encloses a cavity, a threaded pin with a first external thread, which is releasably connectable to an internal thread on a pipe clamp, and a second external thread , wherein the threaded pin is arranged partially or completely within the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section, and wherein the second external thread is arranged completely outside of the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section.
The adapter is particularly provided and designed for a pipe clamp for enclosing and holding a pipe, a hose, a cable, a line or another substantially cylindrical rigid or flexible object. The adapter is provided and designed in particular for a pipe clamp with an elastic bracket and a tensioning device for closing and tensioning the pipe clamp and / or for a pipe clamp with two or more hinged brackets.
The cup-shaped section of the adapter in particular encloses a substantially circular-cylindrical cavity that is open on one side. In other words, the cup-shaped section has an opening to the cavity on one side.
[0013] The area of the opening corresponds in particular essentially to the cross section of the cavity. The edge of the opening to the cavity is in particular the edge of an inner wall of the cup-shaped section. The edge of the opening lies in particular in one plane or essentially in one plane.
A bottom of the cup-shaped section or of the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section is in particular flat or substantially flat and parallel or substantially parallel to a plane in which the opening to the cavity lies.
The external thread on the threaded pin is in particular an M10 external thread, which corresponds to an M10 internal thread on a pipe clamp. Alternatively, the first external thread on the threaded pin can be an M8 external thread, for example, which corresponds to an M8 internal thread on a pipe clamp. The second external thread of the adapter is, for example, a 1/2-inch external thread.
The cup-shaped section, which partially or completely surrounds the threaded pin, can allow the adapter to be supported on a pipe clamp. Furthermore, the cup-shaped section can allow gripping by means of pliers or a wrench despite a short overall length of the adapter.
In an adapter, as described here, in particular an opening to the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section is arranged at a first end of the adapter, the second external thread on a second end of the adapter facing away from the first end of the adapter is arranged.
The first end of the adapter formed in particular by the edge of the cup-shaped section surrounding the opening faces the pipe clamp when the adapter is intended to be used. The edge of the cup-shaped section which forms the first end of the adapter can, in the case of the intended use, rest partially or completely on a bracket of the pipe clamp on which, for example, a screw nut with the internal thread is provided. When the adapter is to be used, the second end of the adapter faces away from the pipe clamp and, for example, faces a wall, a support, a pipe, a frame or another fastening point for the pipe clamp.
In an adapter, as described here, the threaded pin with the first external thread and the cup-shaped section are in particular arranged coaxially.
A coaxial arrangement of the threaded pin and the cup-shaped section can not only simplify the manufacture of the adapter, but also an intuitive and quick attachment of the adapter to a pipe clamp.
In an adapter, as described here, the threaded pin and the cup-shaped section are in particular rotationally symmetrical or essentially rotationally symmetrical to a screw axis of the second external thread.
Apart from the external threads and possibly flat surfaces which can be attacked by a wrench or pliers, a rotationally symmetrical or essentially rotationally symmetrical configuration of the adapter can simplify its manufacture.
In an adapter, as described here, the threaded pin is in particular completely arranged within the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section.
In the case of a flat opening to the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section, i. H. of an edge of the opening, which lies in one plane, the threaded pin is arranged completely within the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section if the threaded pin does not penetrate this plane. An arrangement of the threaded pin completely within the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section can enable the edge of the cup-shaped section to be mechanically supported. A complete arrangement of the threaded pin within the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section can also ensure protection of the first external thread on the threaded pin from mechanical influences and damage, even in the event of a rough handling of the adapter before it is installed.
In an adapter, as described here, in particular a first end of the threaded pin is connected to a bottom of the cup-shaped section, a second end of the threaded pin being arranged essentially in the middle of the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section.
The second end of the threaded pin is in particular arranged substantially in the center of the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section when the length of the threaded pin is between one third and two thirds of the distance of the bottom of the cup-shaped section from a plane in which the Edge of the opening is.
An adapter, as described here, in particular further comprises two parallel flat surface areas on an outer surface of the cup-shaped section.
The two parallel flat surface areas face away from each other and are at a distance (for example approx. 21 mm) which enables gripping by means of a wrench. The adapter can have four, six, eight or more pairs of parallel flat surfaces. The plane surfaces which are parallel in pairs are in particular each parallel to an axis of symmetry of the cup-shaped section.
An adapter system comprises an adapter, as described here, and a screw sleeve with an internal thread, the internal thread of the screw sleeve corresponding to the second external thread of the adapter.
The internal thread of the screw sleeve is in particular a continuous or continuous internal thread between the two ends of the screw sleeve, so that a corresponding external thread can be screwed into the screw sleeve from both ends of the screw sleeve. Alternatively, the screw sleeve can have two identical or different internal threads.
The screw sleeve can mechanically detachably connect the second external thread of the adapter to a corresponding external thread, for example at one end of a threaded rod or a tube.
The adapter system creates two options for mechanical fastening of a pipe clamp. On the one hand, the second external thread of the adapter can be fastened directly into a corresponding internal thread, for example in a tube or in a bore or in a blind hole. Alternatively, the screw sleeve can be screwed onto the second external thread of the adapter. Then the adapter can be detachably mechanically connected to an external thread, for example on a bolt, by means of the screw sleeve.
In an adapter system as described here, the internal thread of the screw sleeve is in particular longer than the second external thread of the adapter.
The number of threads of the internal thread of the screw sleeve is in particular not less than 1.5 times and in particular not greater than 2.5 times the number of threads of the second external thread of the adapter. The screw sleeve can therefore completely, d. H. up to a stop, are screwed onto the second external thread of the adapter and at the same time connected to an external thread, for example on a screw bolt.
In an adapter system, as described here, the screw sleeve has in particular a rotationally symmetrical outer surface.
Alternatively, the screw sleeve can have, for example, a prismatic shape with four, six, eight or more regularly arranged surfaces.
A pipe clamp comprises an adapter as described here or an adapter system as described here.
In a pipe clamp, as described here, the pipe clamp has in particular a bracket and a screw nut which is rigidly and permanently connected to the bracket, the adapter in its configuration connected to the pipe clamp on the bracket of the pipe clamp is present.
[0039] In particular, the edge of the cup-shaped section of the adapter facing the bracket rests on the bracket. For this purpose, in particular the depth of the cavity enclosed by the cup-shaped section is at least as great as the length of the screw nut of the pipe clamp.
In addition to an aesthetic advantage, the fact that the adapter rests on the bracket of the pipe clamp can, above all, protect the mechanical connection between the screw nut and the bracket (in particular a weld seam or welding points) from damage or contamination. Furthermore, the abutment of the adapter on the bracket of the pipe clamp can improve the transfer of forces and moments between the adapter and the pipe clamp.
In the following, exemplary embodiments are explained in more detail with reference to the attached figures. Show it:<tb> <SEP> Figure 1 is a schematic representation of a pipe clamp and an adapter system;<tb> <SEP> FIG. 2 shows a further schematic illustration of the pipe clamp and the adapter system from FIG. 1;3 shows a schematic axonometric representation of the adapter system from FIGS. 1 and 2;<tb> <SEP> FIG. 4 shows a further schematic illustration of the pipe clamp and the adapter from FIGS. 1 to 3;<tb> <SEP> Figure 5 is a schematic representation of a pipe clamp and another adapter.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a tube 10, the axis of symmetry 18 of which is orthogonal to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 1. The cross section of the tube 10 is indicated as a circular ring. Furthermore, a pipe clamp 20 is shown in Figure 1, which includes and holds the pipe 10. The pipe clamp has a first bracket 22 and a second bracket 24, each of which comprises approximately half of the pipe 10. A tensioning device 26 and a closure 28 each connect one end of the first bracket 22 and one end of the second bracket 24 on two sides of the tube 10 facing away from one another.
In the example shown, the clamping device 26 has a clamping screw which extends through an opening at one end of the second bracket 24 and engages in an internal thread at one end of the first bracket 22. A head of the clamping screw lies against the end of the second bracket 24. In the example shown, the closure 28 comprises corresponding hooks at one end of the first bracket 22 and at one end of the second bracket 24. While the ends of the first bracket 22 and the second bracket 24 shown on the right in FIG. 1 are continuously connected by the tensioning device 26 1, the ends of the first bracket 22 and the second bracket 24 shown on the left in FIG. 1 can be connected to one another by hanging in the corresponding hooks of the closure 28 or can be detached from one another by unhooking the corresponding hooks of the closure 28 if the tensioning device 26 does not tension the pipe clamp 20 .
The pipe clamp 20 can have features, properties and functions that differ from the features, properties and functions shown in FIG. 1. For example, the pipe clamp 20 can only have a single, elastic bracket or two tensioning devices or a tensioning device which is simultaneously designed as a closure, and a non-releasable joint.
The pipe clamp 20 further comprises a screw nut 30 which is permanently and mechanically rigidly connected to the first bracket 22 of the pipe clamp 20, for example by welding. In contrast to the brackets 22, 24, the clamping device 26 and the closure 28, the screw nut 30 is shown in FIG. 1 in a section along a plane orthogonal to the axis of symmetry 18 of the pipe 10 encompassed and held by the pipe clamp 20.
The screw nut 30 has an internal thread 32. The screw axis 38 of the internal thread 32 of the screw nut 30 is orthogonal to the axis of symmetry 18 of the pipe 12 encompassed by the pipe clamp 20 and lies in the sectional plane along which the screw nut 30 is shown cut open.
The internal thread 32 of the nut 30 is, for example, an M8 or an M10 internal thread, i. H. a metric thread with a nominal diameter of 8 mm or 10 mm. Alternatively and differently from the illustration in FIG. 1, the screw nut 30 can have two different threads, for example an M8 internal thread in a section facing the first bracket 22 and an M10 internal thread in a section facing away from the first bracket 22. The screw nut 30 enables the pipe clamp to be fastened by means of a screw connection.
1 shows an adapter 40 in a section along a section plane. The adapter 40 comprises a cup-shaped section 42 which encloses a cavity 44. The cup-shaped section 42 has a bottom region 46, from which the cup-shaped section 42 in FIG. 1 extends downward to the screw nut 30 of the pipe clamp 20. An edge 49 of the cup-shaped section 42 encloses an opening 48 to the cavity 44.
The adapter 40 further comprises a threaded pin 50 in the cavity 44 enclosed by the cup-shaped section 42. The threaded pin 50 has a first external thread 52, which corresponds to the internal thread 32 of the screw nut 30. One end of the threaded pin 50 shown at the top in FIG. 1 is permanently and mechanically rigidly connected to the bottom region 46 of the cup-shaped section 42 of the adapter 40. The threaded pin 50 can, for example, be made in one piece or monolithically with the cup-shaped section 42 or with the entire adapter 40, for example, be produced from the originally same workpiece by casting, turning or forging. Alternatively, the threaded pin 50 can be connected to the bottom region 46 of the cup-shaped section 42 by welding and / or by means of a screw connection.
An end of the threaded pin 50 facing away from the base region 46 of the cup-shaped section 42 faces the opening 48 towards the cavity 44. In the example shown, the threaded pin 50 does not penetrate the plane in which the edge 49 of the cup-shaped section 42 and the opening 48 lies. The threaded pin 50 is therefore arranged entirely within the cavity 44 enclosed by the cup-shaped section 42.
In the example shown, the threaded pin 50 extends over approximately two thirds of the distance from the bottom region 46 to the opening 48. Alternatively and differently from the illustration in FIG extend only about half the distance from the bottom region 46 to the opening 48. Furthermore, the threaded pin 50 can deviate from the illustration in FIG. 1 and extend up to the opening 48, so that its end and the edge 49 of the cup-shaped section 42 and the opening 48 lie essentially in one plane. Alternatively and deviating from the illustration in FIG. 1, the threaded pin 50 can also protrude from the cavity 44 enclosed by the cup-shaped section 42; H. penetrate the plane in which the edge 49 of the cup-shaped section 42 and the opening 48 lies.
The adapter 40 has a second external thread 54 at the end shown in FIG. 1 and facing away from the opening 48 to the cavity 44. In the example shown, the second external thread 54 differs from the first external thread 52 on the threaded pin 50. In particular, the second external thread 54 is a 1/2 inch external thread, as is used on many pipelines for screw connections. Alternatively and deviating from the illustration in FIG. 1, the second external thread 54 can be the same as the first external thread 52 on the threaded pin or smaller than the first external thread 52 on the threaded pin 50 and / or have a different pitch and / or a different geometry.
The adapter 40 has a symmetry and screw axis 58, which is simultaneously the axis of symmetry of the cup-shaped section 42 and the threaded pin 50 and the screw axis of the first external thread 52 on the threaded pin and the second external thread 54. Deviating from the rotational symmetry to the axis of symmetry 58, the outer surface of the cup-shaped section 42 has two or more planar surface sections 56 which are opposed to one another in pairs and parallel and which enable a torque to be transmitted from a wrench to the adapter 40.
In Figure 1, a screw sleeve 60 is also shown with an internal thread 62 in a section along the cutting plane of the nut 30 and the adapter 40. The internal thread 62 of the screw sleeve 60 corresponds to the second external thread 54 on the adapter 40. The screw axis 68 of the internal thread 62 of the screw sleeve 60 lies in the sectional plane of FIG. 1. In the example shown, the internal thread 62 of the screw sleeve 60 is continuous and of such a design that that an external thread corresponding to the internal thread 62 can be screwed into the screw sleeve 60 from both ends.
An outer surface 64 of the screw sleeve is smooth and circular cylindrical in the example shown. As an alternative, the outer surface 64 of the screw sleeve 60 can have a plurality, in particular an even number, of regularly arranged flat regions which enable a torque to be transmitted from a wrench to the screw sleeve 60.
The adapter 40 and the screw sleeve 60 form an adapter system for mechanically connecting the pipe clamp 20 to one end of a tube or a threaded rod 70 with an external thread 72 corresponding to the internal thread 62 of the screw sleeve 60 and the second external thread 54 on the adapter 40 1, the pipe clamp 20, the adapter 40, the screw sleeve 60 and the threaded rod 70 are spaced apart from one another, but are shown relative to one another in an orientation suitable for a mechanical connection. The screw axis 38 of the nut 30 of the pipe clamp 20, the symmetry and screw axis 58 of the adapter 40, the axis of symmetry 68 of the screw sleeve 60 and the screw axis 78 of the threaded rod 70 are identical, so they are all on a single straight line.
For the releasable mechanical connection of the pipe clamp 20 to the threaded rod 70, the first external thread 52 on the threaded pin 50 of the adapter 40 is screwed into the internal thread 32 of the screw nut 30 of the pipe clamp 20 in order to mechanically connect the adapter 40 to the pipe clamp 20, the second external thread 54 of the adapter 40 is screwed into the internal thread 62 of the screw sleeve 60 in order to mechanically connect the adapter 40 to the screw sleeve 60, and the internal thread 62 of the screw sleeve 60 is screwed onto the external thread 72 of the threaded rod 70 in order to screw the screw sleeve 60 with the To connect threaded rod 70 mechanically.
Figure 2 shows a further schematic representation of the pipe clamp 20, the adapter 40, the screw sleeve 60 and the threaded rod 70 in a mechanically connected configuration. The type of representation in FIG. 2 is similar to that in FIG. 1. In particular, the drawing plane of FIG. 2 is parallel to the drawing and section plane of FIG. 1. Unlike in FIG. 1, the adapter 40 and the screw sleeve 60 are not shown in FIG Section shown.
In the configuration shown in Figure 2, the nut 30 on the pipe clamp 20, the adapter 40, the screw sleeve 60 and the threaded rod 70 are screwed together in pairs until a mechanical stop. In particular, the end of the screw nut 30 facing the adapter 40 bears against the bottom region 46 (see FIG. 1) of the cup-shaped section 42 of the adapter 40 and the end of the adapter 40 facing the screw sleeve 60 bears against the end of the threaded rod 70.
Figure 3 shows a schematic axonometric representation of the adapter system shown in Figures 1 and 2 from the adapter 40 and the screw sleeve 60, in which the features and properties described with reference to Figures 1 and 2 are visible.
FIG. 4 shows a further schematic illustration of the pipe clamp 20 and the adapter 40 shown with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. The type of illustration corresponds to that of FIG. 1.
In contrast to the situation shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the situation shown in FIG. 4, the pipe clamp 20 is to be fastened to one end of a pipe 80 with an internal thread 82. For this purpose, the second external thread 54 of the adapter 40 corresponds to the internal thread 82 of the tube 80, and the screw sleeve 60 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is not used.
Similar to FIG. 1, the pipe clamp 20, the adapter 40 and the pipe 80 are also spaced apart from one another in FIG. 4, but are shown in a relatively oriented manner such that they can be screwed together by simple translational and screwing movements.
In the example shown with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the length of the screw nut 30 is greater than the depth of the cavity 44 enclosed by the cup-shaped section 42 (i.e. the distance of the bottom area 46 from the opening 48 - see FIG. 1). Therefore, a part of the nut 30 remains visible in the configuration shown in FIG.
FIG. 5 shows a schematic representation of a further pipe clamp with a further adapter system, which in some features, properties and functions is similar to the adapter system shown with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. The type of representation in FIG. 5 corresponds to that in FIG. 2. Features are described below in which the adapter system 50, 60 shown in FIG. 5 differs from the adapter system shown with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
The pipe clamp 20 and the adapter system 40, 60, which are shown in FIG. 5, differ from the pipe clamp and the adapter system which are illustrated with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, in particular in that the length of the screw nut 30 on the Pipe clamp 20 and the depth of the cavity 44 enclosed by the cup-shaped section 42 of the adapter 40 (cf. FIGS. 1, 4) are designed such that the edge 49 of the cup-shaped section 42 of the adapter 40 abuts the first bracket 22 of the pipe clamp 20.
The abutment of the adapter 40 on the bracket of the pipe clamp can protect the mechanical connection between the screw nut and bracket 22 (in particular weld seam or spot welds) from damage or contamination. Furthermore, the abutment of the adapter 40 on the bracket 22 of the pipe clamp 20 can improve the transfer of forces and moments between the adapter 40 and the pipe clamp 20.
